What we collect, and why
Last updated August 11, 2026.
What you give us
Two forms on this site collect information, and both of them ask only for what is listed below.
When you join the waitlist, we ask for your name, your email address, your child's first name, your child's date of birth, and, if you would like to tell us, how you heard about us.
When you send a message from the contact page, we ask for your name, your email address, your child's age range, and whatever you write in the message.
That is the whole list of what we ask you to type. We do not ask for a phone number, an address, or payment details anywhere on this site.
The waitlist form also notes which link or advert brought you here, and which page of the site you landed on. That comes from the web address itself, not from anything you type, and it is only used to tell which channels are reaching parents. It is not used to identify you personally.
Why we ask for a birthday
Circles are grouped by age, so the birthday is what places your family in the right one. It is used to work out an age in months and nothing else. Your child's first name is there so your experience can be personalized.
What we do with it
We use what you give us to send you a confirmation and the free one-page guide, to let Katie know you signed up, to place you in the right circle, and to email you when that circle's start date is set and enrollment opens.
We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to data brokers or to anyone running their own marketing. What you type into a form stays with us. Advertising is the one place where anything at all leaves this site, and it is set out in full below.
Where it is kept
Signups and messages are stored in a database hosted by Railway, which runs the website. Email is delivered by Resend. Both are service providers acting on our behalf, and neither uses your information for anything of their own.
This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the ordinary request information any website visit produces, such as your IP address and browser type. It is not tied to your signup and we receive nothing back from it.
As with any website, your visit also reaches our hosting provider's servers and appears in ordinary technical records, which exist to keep the site running and secure rather than to track anyone.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise Kinlee Circle on Facebook and Instagram, and to know whether those ads are reaching the right parents we use the Meta pixel. It is a small piece of code from Meta that runs on this site.
It tells Meta when someone views a page here, and when someone joins the waitlist. It does not send Meta your name, your email address, your child's name, or your child's birthday. Like any request your browser makes, it does carry the ordinary technical information that comes with it, such as your IP address and which browser you are using. To do its job it sets a cookie called _fbp, and may read one called _fbc if you arrived from one of our ads.
Those are the only cookies this site uses. We run no analytics product, and nothing here follows you around other sites on our behalf.
If you would rather not be included, any of these work and none of them affect your signup: use your browser's tracker blocking or private browsing, turn off tracking in your Meta account settings, or send us a note and we will confirm what we hold.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries and messages until you ask us to remove them, or until it is clear a circle is no longer something you want to hear about. Ask any time and we will delete your record.
Your choices
Write to contact@kinleecircle.com and we will do any of the following, at no cost:
- Tell you exactly what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your record entirely
- Stop emailing you, while keeping your place on the list
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights formally, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request line above is the same either way. We will not treat you differently for asking.
About children's information
The only information we hold about a child is a first name and a date of birth from the waitlist form, or an age range if you use the contact form. All of it comes from a parent typing it in. This site is written for parents, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything directly from a child.
If this page changes
If we start using anything new, including advertising or analytics tools that set cookies, this page will say so before it happens and the date at the top will change.
